2. People from other countries could be dissapointed due to high taxes

1. Tax is impportant for infrastructure improvement.
2. Tax is ussed for Indonesian citizens.

Pro :
1. Agree because it's more healthy, help the school bills and more green for the environment
2. Solar panels are being popular so many 3rd party company would help
Contra :
1. The public company income would decrease.
2. The solar panels are from German and it is too expensive for Indonesian's budget

4th Group Topic Ban the use of Even-Odd policy in Jakarta
Pro :
1. The Even-Odd policy cause many more problems and traffic jams still exist in Jakarta
2. There are a lot of alternative routes in Jakarta that don't apply the policy so the traffic is not only in the main street but also in the alternative routes.
Contra :
1. The Even-Odd policy purpose is to prevent people to use his/her own vehicle
     More vehicle means more polluted air and it keeps increasing every year
2. The main purpose of the policy is not to decrease traffic jam but to persuade more people to use public transportation.
