The Food Of Hell From Indonesia

Famous as one of the best tropical countries, Indonesia provides tons of uniqueness and excitement. Its nature, culture, and art always bring millions of tourist each year. However, this time we are going to talk about one thing, Indonesia’s cuisine, in particular Sambal.
Sambal or sambel is infamous among tourist as the food of hell for its undeniable ability to make the consumer produces tears and sweat when eating. Produced using chili as its main ingredient, sambal is indeed taste extremely spicy.
Sambal is made by grinding ‘cabai’ or chili, along with several complements such as red onion, white garlic  tomato, ‘terasi’, sugar, and salt. The ingredients are grinded using traditional tool made usually from wood or rock . The texture is smooth with a vibrant color of green and red, depending on which chili you use.
There're so many types of sambal. For example there are sambal oncom, sambal ijo, sambal bawang, sambal kacang and many more. In sambal oncom they usually add oncom and in sambal kacang they add sliced long beans that makes the sambal feels crunchy and more delicious.
Infamous among tourists for its spiciness, many tourists avoid it. However, some of them are challenged and try to eat it. Those who dare to try usually will get stomach ache or turn very red and sweaty in the face. Though super spicy, locals eat it in almost daily basis as their main meal.

The Reason Why

Heyy guys!! Today I want to tell you why I cannot come to the English event in SMA 3. But to tell you why, I have to tell you what happened yesterday. Lapang Bali Yesterday, 25 August 2017 , all student from class MIA 6 to MIA 9 plus IPS had a physical education test. The test is running for 12 minutes in Lapang Bali jogging track and the passing grade is 7 lap. Actually I have a weak heart so a heavy training is not suitable for me. On the first lap my heart was beating fine. And in the fourth lap my heart starts to ache. I should have stopped but if I didn't 't pass this test i have to repeat it again and I don't want that. So I forced myself to run until the seventh lap. When the test is over I felt the pain of my chest. I thought it was normal so I rested  a little sitting on the grass waiting for my heart to beat normally.
